Tell her how you feel already!!

This scenario i am about to share with you is actually a real-life scenario and not a personal experience lol.( just to make sure you dont get confused). Anyway i shall hop to it. So, I have this friend yh, lets just call him B. Its been a while since B was in a relationship. That is understandable as well as not a big deal. He went for a party and found himself staring at this girl. Yes, i know you might be thinking...hmmmm lust? Nope he actually fell in love with her.Call it "love at first sight" i call it...nvm lol. Anyway you know how these things work. Thanks to bbm no one calls anymore so its down to pinging her everyday.The first night after the party was a little awkward but subsequent times were chilled. By now im thinking booorrrring *yawns* and do you know why?? Its because things do not just stop at bbm. You have to take her somewhere. He settled with going over to her house to hang out for a little more than 2 hours. GET ON WITH IT!! The question is " When is it right to tell her how you feel??". His excuse is he doesnt know how and when to ask her out. How can i help him?
